On Nov. 17, 2020 the Washington County, Maryland Board of County Commissioners unanimously passed a Second Amendment Sanctuary Resolution.

On August 10, 2020 the New Hanover County Board of Commissioners unanimously passed a resolution in support of the Second Amendment.
On July 16, 2020, Sawyer County's Board of Supervisors passed a resolution reaffirming their commitment to the Second Amendment and the Right to Bear Arms.
On July 7th, 2020 Anderson County, South Carolina's County Council passed a Second Amendment Sanctuary Ordinance with a 5 to 1 vote.
On July 7, 2020 the Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska Assembly passed a Second Amendment Sanctuary Ordinance with a vote of 6 to 3.
Board of Supervisors designate Polk County as a Second Amendment Sanctuary County, and passed that resolution by a 10-5 vote.
