Summers County Commission meeting on Tuesday, March 11, 2020 signed the Declaration of Oath and Reaffirmation Resolution of the People’s Bill of Rights and Constitutions of West Virginia and the United States.
The Logan County Commission passed a resolution Friday afternoon to declare the county a “Second Amendment Sanctuary,” joining Putnam County, Preston County, Fayette County and the town of Fort Gay in Wayne County, in approving such a designation.
This resolution declares that Jackson County is now a Second Amendment Sanctuary county.
