Anderson County, Tennessee passed its Second Amendment Sanctuary resolution by a slim margin of one vote.

The Cumberland County Commission hereby expresses its intent to uphold the Second Amendment rights of the citizens of Cumberland County and its intent that public funds of the county not be used to restrict Second Amendment rights or to aid in the unnecessary and unconstitutional restrictions of the rights under the Second Amendment of the citizens of Cumberland County to bear arms. The Cumberland County Board of Commissioners hereby declares its intent to oppose unconstitutional restrictions on the right to keep and bear arms through such legal means as may be expedient. The Cumberland County Commission hereby declares Cumberland County as a “Second Amendment Sanctuary.

Henry County Tennessee Board of Commissioners passed a Resolution in support of the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution.

Benton County TN, unanimously passes "Second Amendment Sanctuary"

Macon County Tennessee pass both a Second Amendment Resolution and a Refugee Resettlement Refusal resolution. Both passed unanimously with amendment.
