Anderson County, Tennessee passed its Second Amendment Sanctuary resolution by a slim margin of one vote.

The Bradley County Board of Commissioners unanimously passed a resolution to support the second amendment and constitution as a whole on 18 Feb 2020.

On April 27, 2020, the Hartsville/Trousdale County, TN County Commission passed RESOLUTION #2020-10-685, becoming a Second Amendment Sanctuary County.

Hickman County, Tennessee, County Commission, Motion was made by Keith Nash and seconded by Austin Page to approve Resolution 20-05. Upon roll call vote 15 commissioners voted yes. Steve Phillips, lionel Barrett and James Hassell voted no. Kate Baldridge, John Deal and Ronny George were absent. (15 yes, 3 no, 3 absent) Motion passed by roll call vote.

On Tuesday night in a regular session a resolution declaring Wayne County a second amendment sanctuary passed the commission by a unanimous vote.

Benton County TN, unanimously passes "Second Amendment Sanctuary"

Commission joined other Lakeway Area counties in becoming a Second Amendment sanctuary county Monday night as an overflow crowd spilled into the hallway at Hawkins County Courthouse.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the White County Legislative Body has declared White County to be a "Second Amendment Sanctuary County" with all rights and responsibilities . entitled, furthermore, We the People of White County, Tennessee, through this resolution hereby declare our rights, our freedom, and our liberty as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America.

During their April county commissioners meeting, the commissioners brought forth the motion to pass a Second Amendment Sanctuary, which passed 13-4-1
