Sheriff Scott Walton shared a letter on social media addressed to community that said: ”As of today’s date, I am joining other members of the Oklahoma law enforcement community, in declaring Rogers County a ‘Second Amendment Sanctuary.’
According to the declaration, " the rights and liberties of law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms using such legal means as may be expedient,". The Caddo County Sheriff Spencer Davis reaffirmed his pledge.

Per the news report by KXII the county of Marshall Oklahoma's Sheriff has declared the county a Second Amendment Sanctuary.
