Coal County, Oklahoma Sheriff Bryan Jump released his declaration to be a Second Amendment Sanctuary on the 15th of Feb. 2020.
On January 26, 2021, Sheriff Larry Lane declared that Sequoyah County, Oklahoma to be a Second Amendment Sanctuary County.
Oklahoma's Grady County Sheriff has declared their county a Second Amendment Sanctuary. Joining others in the state who have done the same.

Stephens County Sheriff Wayne McKinney made a released a signed statement to declare Stephens County a Second Amendment Sanctuary. A week later the county commissioners backed up their sheriff by passing a resolution that was presented by the Sheriff to solidify the statement.

Sheriff Scott Walton shared a letter on social media addressed to community that said: ”As of today’s date, I am joining other members of the Oklahoma law enforcement community, in declaring Rogers County a ‘Second Amendment Sanctuary.’
