The Madison County Board of Commissioners meet this 11th day of February. After the pledge of allegiance and moment of silence in lieu of the common prayer by most other commissions several people came to the podium to speak 13:56 in favor of passing the resolution.

Franklin County commissioners Passed Second Amendment resolution. with the passing of this resolution, Franklin County joined others in other states that have passed resolutions opposing gun legislation, many believe this is mostly symbolic and not legally binding.

Wilkes County is the latest place in North Carolina to take up a resolution on making the county a "Second Amendment Sanctuary."

The second amendment sanctuary debate moves into another North Carolina county.

The Caswell County Commissioners passed the resolution to stand up for Second Amendment Rights. Vote was 5-2

By: David Tripp 3 Dec 2019 The Cleveland County Board of Commissioners approved a Resolution Declaring Cleveland County A Second Amendment Sanctuary.

On 17th of Feb 2020 the Carteret COunty Board of Commissioners approved the whole of the Consent Agenda which included the passage of #16 on the docket

The Chair and Vice-Chair of the Vance County Commissioners Board, requested a resolution be prepared for consideration by the full board. On the 9th of March the resolution was brought to the attention of the board and was voted upon. The resolution was passed through unanimous vote of the commission.

During its meeting Monday night, the Board of Commissioners passed a resolution 6-3 that declares Bladen County a constitutional rights protected county.

This resolution represents an effort by the people of Ashe County to defend it. A vote against adopting this resolution is by default a statement of support for tho who are attacking it.
