Tuesday, June 19th, 2018 the Woodford County Board had its monthly meeting. The agenda was full of resolutions and ordinances that needed to be voted on. Most were passed unanimously especially the resolution declaring Woodford a “Sanctuary County”.
Henderson County Board intends to support the Second Amendment rights of the law abiding citizens of Henderson County, Illinois, and is voicing its opposition to any unconstitutional infringement of those rights.
Clark County Board passed a Resolution expressing its displeasure with the Illinois State Legislature’s continuous attacks on the Second Amendment Rights of its citizens.
Resolution opposing the passage of HB1465, HB1467, any trailer bill, or any bill similar too, or any bill where the 100th Illinois General Assembly desires to restrict the Individual rights of the US citizens as protected by the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution.
Mr. Rayman and Mr. McGinnis presented Resolution No. R2018-32 for adoption. It was moved by Mr. McGinnis and seconded to approve Resolution No. R2018-32. The motion carried by a roll call vote
In a 16-2 vote Wednesday, the Shelby County Board reaffirmed a 2003 resolution of support for the Second Amendment.
Resolution opposing the passage of any bill where the 100th Illinois General Assembly and any future Illinois General Assembly attempts to pass legislation restricting the individual right of the U.S. citizens as protected by the Second Amendment of the United State's Constitution and Section 22 of Article 1 of the Illinois Constitution.
