Paulding County Georgia brought forth a resolution to make itself a "Second Amendment Sanctuary". When brought to a vote it passed with unanimous consent.

On January 21, 2021, Union County, GA Commissioners unanimously approved a resolution declaring Union County a Second Amendment Sanctuary.

Pickens County Georgia has unanimously passed a resolution affirming the second amendment and declaring the Board it is full support. After the reading of the resolution(Text Below), Chairman Robert Jones made a motion to bring the resolution to a vote and was seconded by Becky Denney, The vote was made and passed unanimously.

On March 17th 2020 Troup County Board of Commissioners passed a resolution supporting the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution during its regular board meeting as part of its special business agenda.

In a unanimous, 5-0 vote, Johnson County, Georgia passed a resolution to support the Second Amendment.

cIntosh County Commissioners voted at a Tuesday night meeting to declare the county a Second Amendment sanctuary the resolution passed with a 4-0 vote. Commissioner Roger Lotson was absent from the meeting.

Through the efforts of the counties citizens, and the willingness of the commissioners to hear the voices of the people, as of today Tuesday, January 28, 2020 we have a resolution protecting our Second Amendment rights, that provides resources to the Floyd Co. Sheriff's office to stop the infringement of our rights, and refuses to fund any activity that would infringe on our rights!

Ware County GA, Sheriff declares Second Amendment Sanctuary

During its Tuesday, Feb. 11 meeting, the county board of commissioners approved a resolution that would support the sheriff’s discretion to not enforce any federal or state firearms laws that the county deems unconstitutional, and that the county would not use any county money to enforce those laws
