Falling well short of passing a resolution, or even a proclamation, Columbiana County Board of Commissioners simply sent a letter to a single individual. This fall so short of the bar I could not bring myself to even consider putting this county on the map as they have not even met the minimum. Hopefully the people of this county will not let this be what is acceptable by those who are suppose to represent them at the local level.
