Woodford County Passes a 2nd Amendment Proclamation
At the March 10, 2019 regular meeting of the Woodford County Fiscal Court, Judge/Executive James Kay announced that he had signed, with the approval of the magistrates, a proclamation declaring and proclaiming that the Fiscal Court shall support and uphold the Constitution of the United States of America including the Second Amendment.
