Pendleton County Commission unanimously voted to sign a resolution making the area a ‘Constitutional County’, After being approached about becoming a second amendment sanctuary the commissioners decided that there might be a few more amendments that could use some help. The decided to go the route of standing up for the constitution as a whole and the bill of rights.
