The resolution Utah County UT, passed not only declares that the county is a Second Amendment Sanctuary but also that public funds would not be used to unlawfully restrict the individuals rights to keep and bear arms. It also states that the county is opposed to to unconstitutional restrictions on the right to bear arms.
