As Sheriff of Garfield County, I swore an oath of Office to obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the State of Oklahoma. I also swore a Loyalty Oath that state “I will support the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America and the Constitution along with the laws of Oklahoma and faithfully discharge according to the bat of my ability, the duties of say Office during such time as Sheriff of Garfield County of the State of Oklahoma”.
I live by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights which include the rights and liberties of law abiding citizens to keep and bear arms. This is the right of the people and I will defend this right to the full attest of my abilities as I will defend all rights under the Constitutions for all law abiding citizens within this County as Sheriff of Garfield County.
