The Commissioners of Huron County Michigan passed a resolution that they refused to use the term ‘Sanctuary’ in. Though the resolution retained all the other caveats that hold the resolution to standard such as urging legislature and the US congress and agencies to reject provisions, laws and regulations that infringe on the second amendment. Many were displeased with the removal of the word ‘Sanctuary’ as they felt it needed to be something that was available to lawful citizens regardless of its attachment to illegal immigration.
