The Commissioners of Arenac after a unanimous vote passed a resolution for the county to become a “Second Amendment Sanctuary”. The resolution states that it supports the broad discretion of the Sheriff and Prosecuting Attorney in choosing to not enforce unconstitutional firearm laws.
