After reading the article by Marietta Times, I went digging to look for the passed resolution. What I found was not a resolution but more of a letterhead statement that most likely would not even be recorded in the county records. When I reached out to the local group I was told they are actively approaching the BOC at the next meeting to address this issue. Currently more than half of the 14 townships within the county have adopted a resolution.
