Eaton County passed a resolution that did not use the word sanctuary but did reaffirm their support of the people to keep and bear arms. Several commissioners tried to have the item tabled or sent to other committees, and their was even a last minute attempt to have it reconsidered but failed due to the request was not from the prevailing vote.
