The Fiscal Court of Calloway County, Kentucky hereby declares its intent to reaffirm our oaths individually and collectively to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky including but not limited to Section I, paragraph 7 of the Bill of Rights of the Constitution and KRS 65.879 and KRS 237.104.
