Jim Hunsucker Founder of Second Amendment Watch in Montgomery spoke as a proponent to the passing of the resolution at the 5:58 mark in the video. It was thus followed by questions the commissioners had for the speaker which clarified the reasoning. At 20:49 the resolution was read. At 24:32 the vote was made and passed Unanimous.
