RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF BULLOCH COUNTY, GEORGIA DECLARING BULLOCH COUNTY, GA A 2A SANCTUARY COUNTY

The Bulloch County Commission fully supports the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States and also fully supports the rights of citizens to keep and bear arms under the Second Amendment and agrees that Right shall not be infringed.

As such, the Bulloch County Commission fully supports the Constitution of the state of Georgia and The Constitution of the United States.

The Bulloch County Commission reaffirms the Georgia Legislature’s firm support of the second Amendment and the right of the people to keep and bear arms. Further, any statute adopted by Congress or the State Legislature that violates the Constitution of the United States or the rights granted in the Second Amendment shall have no force or effect.

Further, the Bulloch County Commission pledges not to allocate any funds that could be used to violate the Constitutional Rights of any of our citizens including, but not limited to, a violation of the Second Amendment Rights of our citizens to keep and bear arms.
