Boone County and St. Albans City WV, becomes region’s latest Second Amendment sanctuary

BOONE COUNTY, W.Va.(WSAZ) — Two more communities in our region have become sanctuaries for the Second Amendment.

Boone County commissioners voted in favor of the resolution on Tuesday.

The city of St. Albans also approved the measure this week.

While the measure is not binding, it’s geared to send a message that the community would prohibit the enforcement of gun control policies that are perceived as a violation of the Second Amendment.
