This map is actually hot off of the presses. We have been waiting for more updates coming out of North Carolina, but had to wrap it up and build out the post. This map is as up to date as we can make it as of now. If you’ve been following our map updates, you can look for some new Sanctuary Counties in the states of Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Georgia and a few in Florida.
You can help!
We are looking for assistance in gathering new Sanctuary Counties to add to our nationwide map, so if you would like to provide up-to-date information about counties which have passed Second Amendment Sanctuary resolutions in your state, please feel free to pitch in so that we can all benefit from timely and accurate information.
All you have to do if you want to help is check out this spreadsheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1e-jkVwaE_X_acCEgzhE3JTtUgrBi9GfevNvryjjp814/edit?usp=sharing
This spreadsheet lists over 640 counties that we have found who have declared Second Amendment Sanctuary status in one form or another. If your county is not on the list, please click the link to the form that is on the spreadsheet and you can submit your county for inclusion on the nationwide map.
No,
From what I understand the whole state of Missouri can be included on your map!
Not yet WE need to apply pressure to state Representatives to pass the S.A.P.A.
Please place Coryell county Texas on your map. We voted to do this in early Dec of last year.
Coryell was one of the counties in Texas I had issue with finding supporting documents, either through the county website not having posted the minutes of the meeting, copy of the resolution, lack of finding a news post, or other. If you happen to have anything we would really appreciate a copy.
other counties we had issue with are:
Kinney
Knox
Rockwall
Wise
Wyoming County in New York
