I was able to reach out to the Fiscal Court in Washington Counties Court Clerk Teresa Marrinan and she was kind enough to send sanctuarycounties.com a copy of the signed resolution. This was one of the missing resolutions for the state of Kentucky we had been trying to get confirmation on. Now we have it!
