Nicholas County Fiscal court special called meeting Jan 24,2020. Second Amendment Resolution was brought before the Fiscal Court. Two versions of the resolution was presented. The county lawyer spoke on the way it was written. Several members of the community spoke on the behalf of passing the resolution the court then moved on to call a vote which passed unanimously.
