Per Elliott County Fiscal Court Facebook Page the announcement was made that:
“This evening, January 21, 2020, the fiscal court unanimously passed a 1rst read of the resolution to become a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary county. We will advertise as necessary and have a special meeting in the next 2 weeks to have the 2nd read.
Thanks to everyone who attended this evening’s meeting to let your support be known!”
