The Stephens County Board of Commissioners has voted to make Stephens County a Second Amendment Sanctuary County. Stephens County Commissioners voted to approve the resolution at their planning retreat last Friday 17th Jan. County Commission Chairman Dennis Bell asked for a motion adopting the resolution.
