Joseph Casey who is running for Constable for District 4 in Rockcastle informed the public of the results of the movement to become a second amendment sanctuary in Rockcastle County Kentucky. He posted on Facebook the following statement.
” Today I attended the Rockcastle County Fiscal Court meeting with my old friend and Mount Vernon Mayor Mike Bryant. We were honored to see our county become a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary.” .. Said Joseph Casey
