Commissioner’s Court in Hutchinson County, four commissioners and the county judge unanimously approved and signed a resolution in support of the Second Amendment. The county is the first in the Texas Panhandle to make such a move. Hutchinson County is believed to be the 42nd to sign a resolution in support of the Second Amendment.
