MANCHESTER, KY (January 9, 2020) – The Clay County Fiscal Courtroom in Manchester, KY was filled to capacity with an overflowing crowd on Thursday afternoon January 9, 2020 during the 2nd Amendment Sanctuary County discussion and the expected vote by the Court on the resolution.
Clay County Attorney Joe White read the ordinance aloud in full to County Judge Executive Johnny Johnson, Magistrates and the meeting attendees.
Thunderous applause erupted when the resolution passed unanimously with no opposition after the reading.
