Caroline County supervisors declare county Second Amendment ‘sanctuary’

The Caroline County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday adopted a resolution declaring the county a Second Amendment sanctuary. Supervisors decided in a 5–1 vote to pass an amended resolution.
