An amended version of the presented resolution was presented and a motion was placed and seconded soon after it was read. The County Sheriff spoke for a few moments.

This is a copy of the draft used, voted on and passed, their was one minor edit that was put in prior to the vote which stated that Culpeper County would be a Constitutional County instead of a sanctuary. We are currently working to get a copy of the finalized version.
