Commissioner Ralph Thomas, who brought forth the resolution, said that Monday’s vote reaffirms the oath to the Constitution, and protects responsible gun owners from those who seek to infringe on their Second Amendment rights.
In a 5-0 vote, Wakulla County became the second county in the state of Florida to declare itself a “Second Amendment sanctuary.”
