Delta County Commissioners passed Resolution # 2019-R-008 declaring Delta County a Second Amendment Preservation County.
Commissioner Roeber made a motion that the Board adopt Resolution No. 2019-R-008 a Resolution by the Delta County Board of County Commissioners Declaring Delta County to be a Second Amendment Preservation County.
Commissioner Lane seconded the motion. Discussion: Chairman Suppes said that he appreciated everyone showing up today and witnessing this and appreciate their support.
Motion carried by a vote of 3 to 0.
