Instead of passing a resolution or ordinance the Clinton County Board of Commissioners sent a letter to the Illinois General Assembly. Though this falls very..very short of what most would consider anything even worthy of being reported or even annotated it has to be noted here. We are in hope that a future group of board members will take up the challenge and put their signatures on something that is more meaningful. It will be up to the people of that county to assert itself in this matter.
