i. Consider Adopting Resolution No. 2018-35 Declaring Lincoln County to be a Second Amendment Sanctuary County which passed 4-1, Nay: Comm. Allen.


ii. Consider Adopting Resolution 2018-36 That Would Impose Rules, Regulations and Restrictions Exceeding Federal Law on All Private Firearm Transfers Between Individuals which passed 5-0.
